My patient coordinator is a lovely young man called Fatih who always had the time for me, he was very helpful, lovely, informative and speaks very good English so I understood everything he was telling me. Also my doctor who performed surgery on me was amazing too he spoke very good English and always kept on reassuring me that everything will be fine and very informative about how the surgery will go. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

His support was constant and nothing was too much trouble…… massive shout out to Anil. Every member of the nursing / doctor & surgeon team was kind and thorough. The language barrier was never an issue. My surgeon ‘The Bora’ is as great man. I saw him several times a day. He would pop in to check on me. Pre op he put my anxieties at ease. A Star service from drivers, vehicles, hospital and hotel…… you get what you pay for. I honestly can’t fault any part of the process.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful.
