I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. I must admit I was petrified especially because I planned to do it alone and knew nobody in my family stand by me travelling to another country to get a gastric sleeve. In fact, I even kept it a secret from my husband until I took the final decision of going with Cosmetocity, because I knew it would be extremely hard to convince him. Undoubtedly it is, by far, the hardest and craziest decision I have taken in my life, but I needed it. It will be a month tomorrow since I had my gastric sleeve on 13 March 2023 and all I can say is THANK YOU ! Thank you to the professional and caring Cihan; to the happy-go-lucky and kind Mert and to the beautiful and loving Nur and Deniz. As for the doctor, I chose Burhan Mayir and the SILS method. If you look at my stomach 1 month post op, you would never imagine I had a gastric sleeve. He is not only a warm-hearted doctor but also extremely professional and greatly skilled. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

It was a very good experience. When they pick me up from the airport, I felt being cared. In the hospital, doctors and nurses were welcoming. Also, the staff from Time Travel was with me during the examination. The operation was very smooth and the healing process was quite fast. All the procedures have been completed without any problem I was informed what to do after I back to my hometown. They are still checking on me frequently. It was such a lovely journey. After having three children (all natural births) I felt that my bladder had weakened and my private area needed a rejuvenation. I contemplated and done a lot of research before finding Hylia Health. I was over the moon because the surgeon is female, for some this may not matter but personally, this put me at ease and made me feel more comfortable. Finally, I decided to go ahead and book and I am so glad I did. It has been one of the best choices I have made for myself. I had a vaginoplasty done with Doctor Mak recently. I had 2 natural births which had left me insecure about the loosening of my vagina and I had wanted this done for a long while. I was picked up/dropped off by their driver for my pre op appointment at the hospital the day before the operation and picked up/ dropped off on the day of my operation and everything was taken care of. The operation didn’t take too long and I was able to go home on the same day. Healing up well with no issues at all. I’m so happy with Dr Mak and Asli for everything they have done.
