I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Hadi Nural here,I couldn’t be happier with the results or the service, everyone was so kind and genuine wanting to help you and giving us information about everything.

They kept in touch with us from start to finish and the aftercare is amazing too. The value for what I got is unmatched would definitely recommend it.

I cannot thank Mediface enough. I am 7 days post upper eyelid surgery. From the moment I initially contacted them and since I have been back home the communication has been superb. Dr Erkan performed the surgery, and pre-consultation, and he asked what I wanted to achieve, he then went on to advise what he could do, and he delivered.

The coordinator was amazing, she arranged everything from the hotel, airport pick-ups/drop off and appointments to and from the hospital. I really cannot thank them enough. If you are considering upper eyelid surgery, Dr Erkan is an expert in this field and I will highly recommend it.

The whole team at Mediface was fantastic. Despite the language barrier, everyone was incredibly friendly, smiling, and eager to help. I came here to mediface from the UK. I had a revision rhinoplasty from which I originally had done in Poland. The revision was complicated but the surgeon's expertise was amazing and I am so happy with the outcome. The staff were all so welcoming and made you feel at ease every step of the way. I have attended Mediface for treatment. I was very frightened before my procedure started. Dr Erkan and his staff were very professional, polite and put me at ease before and after my treatment. I am more then happy with my neck and face procedure. I have no hesitation, I know I will be returning

I'm from England. I wanted upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelids and eyebag) done and researched a lot. Eventually I settled on Dr Erkan, the consultation via wassap was clear, straight forward and no confusion.

My coordinator Aycha was great from start to finish and can speak fluent English. The day of the consultation I got picked up from my hotel and seen Dr Erkan who was a lovely gentleman who was friendly and went through my problems and wanted to know my problems also which was great.
I'm a big baby so I was very anxious.
The hospital was very clean. I agreed for the surgery and we both had talked and understood.
Had blood tests etc which was included in price.

On the day I was so scared but I met the team and they were great, Dr Erkan also came to check on me and confirm everything before surgery and was friendly.
My room was modern and spotless, great bathroom aswell. After surgery the staff was amazing the nurses were so attentive and the coordinator Aycha was there all day with me. So there was no language barrier. They all fussed over me making sure I was comfortable. They made sure I was personally ready before discharging me, they also made sure I had something to eat before I left. All medication was included in price.

They even sent me photos of the medication to my phone with instructions in english which was great. They messaged me everyday wanting photos so they could make sure the healing process was good. I went back 7 days later for stitches to be removed which was not painful. They were great. My eyes look fantastic and the scar is is so thin and flat. I've seen influences on social media and my scar looks way neater.. Anyway I'm glad I chose Dr erkan and mediface. I have had surgery in Turkey before but these are the best by far. It just helps that they treat you like a human not a cash cow.

I went to Dr. Erkan for a deep plane lift in October 2023. The healing process is different for everyone and I also needed some patience, but the team around Dr. Erkan does everything to make you happy.

I was there again in April 2024 and had some of my own fat injected into the marionette folds, now everything is fine and I'm happy. Dr. Erkan, Arzu, Sinem, Peyami and dear Ebru have all grown dear to my heart. They are always available and do everything to make you feel comfortable. Thank you very much, I'll be back :-)
