Although my first impression of the clinic was not impressive due to the reception counter I found a lack of professionlism. The staff were joking around and laughing quite loud even though there were customers waiting. The doctor was quite nice and answered all questions but the nurse was spending time on her cell phone. Professionalism is very important in my decision making.
