You may be surprised to learn that virtually your entire body is covered with hair, because most of this hair is fine and pale, it usually isn’t visible to the naked eye. But when darker, courser hair appears in places which make you uncomfortable, it may be time to consider laser hair removal with LightSheer DUET. In the past, remedies for unwanted hair included plucking, shaving, waxing, electrolysis or chemical depilatories, some are painful. Some are messy and all are only temporary. Laser hair removal is a more effective solution. The high Speed LightSheer DUET uses state-of –the-art diode lasers with vacuum-assist technology to remove unwanted hair and with greater speed and comfort than other methods

So far, so goodAnne, Ireland, 06 10 19

I chose this Clinic on the internet. I had a very pleasant consultation with Jenny on 26 September, when she explained every aspect of my electrolysis treatment. Unfortunately, she was not available at the only time that suited me to begin treatment on 1st October. Siobhan treated me instead and she was equally pleasant and professional. The reception staff were likewise. I thought their fees were reasonable. I have another appointment for tomorrow, 7th October. So far, so good.

ActiveFX is the latest advance worldwide in the treatment of aging skin. In essence; it is possibly the most advanced fractional laser procedure presently available in the world today and it can be performed in a single treatment with minimal patient downtime of about 4 to 5 days. Patients should understand this is a real ablative CO2 laser (totally different to other heavily marketed and much less efficient devices such as the desquamative type lasers which, require multiple treatments to achieve a much less favourable result). During fractional treatment, only a portion of the skins surface is treated by the laser, leaving small "bridges" of untouched skin. This technique makes the healing process much quicker and enables patients to get back to their normal life styles sooner. It is also less painful than other skin tightening RF devices . Other major benefits include the ability to use it under eyes to remove lines that Treatment for lines and wrinkles cannot to used to treat.

PPx therapy is the first FDA approved painless treatment for skin rejuvenation, permanent hair reduction and acne treatment. It also requires no pre-treatment anaesthetics or gels. The treatment device uses a combination of broadband IPL light and pneumatic energy (vacuum) delivered through a hand-piece. The treatment is unique in that a vacuum momentarily draws the skin into the treatment hand-piece, so targets such as hair follicles are drawn closer to the skins surface. A light is gently pulsed onto the skin, destroying the unwanted hair, quickly and painlessly. There are several key differences between PPx and other laser treatments. Firstly, it is the first painless treatment for light based hair reduction. Secondly, hair removal on large areas such as the back or whole legs can be completed in less than 20 minutes as opposed to up to 2 hours with other laser and light based hair reduction treatments. Thirdly, it does not require any topical anaesthesia or numbing gels.

My face feels so softAnna, Ireland, 06 06 22

I loved my facial yesterday with Lena. This was my first time having a professional facial like this. I was really looking forward to it and I wasn't disappointed. I felt so relaxed during my facial. I loved the relaxing music it was lovely and I really enjoyed it when she gave me a message on my neck and back during the treatment. I would definitely book in with Lena again. My face had a lovely glow afterwards. My face feels so soft.

We offer a number of courses for Laser Hair Removal with amazing prices. Call reception to get a price today. Laser Laser works by selectively heating the target (the hair) while preserving the surrounding tissue. Permanent hair reduction is achieved by using heat to disable the hair follicle and therefore over time preventing regrowth. Usually a series of treatments are carried out for optimal long term benefits, the number of treatments required depends on the skin type and the hair growth. A patch test will be needed prior to the commencement of treatment. Prices start at €90 and vary depending on the area being treated. Our qualified therapists will explain the process in full detail with you during the consultation, which is free of charge. Laser Hair Removal has been around since the mid 1990’s and has been proven to be an effective permanent reduction of hair growth on treated areas. How does Laser work? Laser light works by Selective Photothermolysis, which means that it targets dark objects. Light is absorbed by dark objects so with laser energy the dark object that it targets when treating hair is the melanin in the hair. Melanin is considered the primary chromophore (target) for all hair removal lasers currently on the market. Melanin occurs naturally in the skin (it gives skin and hair its color). There are two types of melanin in hair: eumelanin (which gives hair brown or black color) and pheomelanin (which gives hair blonde or red color). Because of the selective absorption of laser light, only black or brown hair can be treated. If you have blond, grey or red hair laser will not be successful. Pale skin with black hair will see the best results, however there are lasers that can treat dark hair on dark skin successfully. The darker and coarser the hair the quicker the result, bikini line and underarm hair tends to respond the quickest for this reason. Treatments are suita
