DERMAL FILLERS What are dermal fillers and how do they work?  The Dermal Fillers that I use are 100% hyaluronic acid based”, wrinkle-filling products.  These products are highly biocompatible and are slowly absorbed. Naturally present in the skin, hyaluronic acid preserves moisturising levels in the skin and boosts tone.  Hyaluronic acid is a powerful moisturising agent, the quantity of which in the dermis gradually decreases with age. As a result, the skin dries out and becomes fragile, and the first wrinkles appear. The tissues progressively sag and the face becomes hollow.
