The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Medical treatment was phenomenal and very thorough. All staff were professional and friendly and extremely helpful. I was put at ease at every stage and had no fears.

OMG, I can not fault anything, everyone is treated really well, my operation went really well, no issues. I was well looked after, all care was better than NHS. I am only 11 days post-Op but the recovery process is going well we even have support from the nutritionist on WhatsApp, which is very useful. I would Highly Recommend Dr Cengiz Ertan and his amazing team. The hospital was Immaculate and appeared more like a top-class hotel. Very clean and comfortable.

I got gastric sleeve surgery with Clinic Center and they have been amazing for the whole process. I reached 140 kg during a pandemic and was very unhappy. The surgery and my surgeon Dr Balta were so helpful to make the journey easier. The clinic Centre aftercare team and my dietician were so helpful in my post-op process. It's been 6 months, still losing weight but I am already feeling perfect!

I used this surgery to have Top Surgery (double mastectomy with plastics) This clinic was amazing from start to finish, I can’t fault them in the slightest. I had full support before I even flew out. Then was waited on hand and foot from start to finish every day I was there. The hospital was so accommodating and couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel they provided for me was nothing but perfect to recover in.

I have lost 110 lbs! I love my new lease on life! One year later I feel great, look great and am able to do so much more! I regret nothing and am so glad that I decided to go to medhera health last year! I have had no complications, am off all my medications and am pain free compared to a year ago! Thank you so much! Dr. was always available to answer questions and guided me through the process. Dr. was also available to chat for questions and concerns. I arrived the day before surgery and was picked up by their stuff who spoke perfect English and gave me some tips for after surgery and places to go near the hotel for broth and drinks. The morning of surgery they picked me up at the hotel and took me to get ready for surgery in my private room. My care was as good or better than any care I have received in the States and I was able to have privacy as much as I wanted. I felt secure the entire time and never doubted the expertise of the medical staff.

What a wonderful team. From the time I stepped in the hospital I was greeted by Nesrin who has a lovely friendly smile. I arrive on the 7th Oct. She explained everything in detail in a calm way on what examinations I will be having for the go ahead of my surgery. This took a couple of hours but to be fair it went quick. This is when I met the surgeon again- very welcoming and friendly made me feel at ease. He explained everything even showed me the instrument that they will be using and showed me the make and where they purchase these from (not China) I asked my all my questions which was answered so had no worries. My room wasn't quite ready so was allowed to go out exploring the surroundings which was great as there was a market on 8th Oct went down for my surgery at 8 o'clock. Next minute was waking up in my room feeling very cold. In and out of sleep for the rest of the day. From then on I was being monitored by the nurses, given pain killers drips etc. Was well looked after. Also met Burcu what a lovely person. Who went out of her way to drive us to the nice restaurants (before surgery) really is amazing person. Day before I left I had a meeting with the nutritionist who explained thoroughly what I will be eating drinking exercises and time frames. I was given all my drugs and got myself a month's worth of protein shakes. Finally picked up at 9 o'clock on the 11th Oct in the evening by there driver to the airport. All I can say is thank you all for being there for me throughout my stay and would definitely go back to the NewMe health clinic.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

Where do I start with new me health? Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I visited New Me Health to have a gastric sleeve from the UK. Before I visited I was dealing with Dr. Mani who was very reassuring and very informative. 2 of my sisters and my dad had previously been for surgery with the new me and all had fantastic treatment. When I arrived in Turkey our personal driver was waiting to take us to the hospital so no waiting around. Arrived at the hospital and began my pre-op. I have never had so many checks which I found really reassuring they check absolutely everything. The coordinator took you from check to check then once all was good and given the go-ahead I was due to have surgery the next day. The coordinator then advised a restaurant for us to eat at and took us there again a lovely gesture. The nurses and staff were fantastic following surgery supporting you with pain relief checking wounds etc the surgeons and dietitians were coming in and checking at all times talking me through everything. The dietian Irmak was fantastic! Her knowledge and explanation of things made me feel so at ease and gave me a great understanding of how I needed to move forward following surgery. You leave with a huge bag of vitamins and bits and bobs that you need so no need to rush to buy anything. This surgery is a lot different to most in Turkey others that just want your money, the new me health is the total opposite and made me feel like they genuinely cared about me. If you are thinking about the gastric sleeve surgery but are hesitant then I really would recommend New Me Health Clinic, I am now 13 weeks post-op and 4 stone down which is more than I can ever imagine and that was without a Liver reduction diet before. Irmak still checks in with me now again something that is superb. Thank you to the new me health clinic for changing my life!

I went to have my gall bladder removed on the 11th of May 2023 From being picked up at the airport in Wroclaw to the minute I went home I was treated brilliantly the staff and doctors were brilliant the coordinators were excellent The clinic was spotlessly clean the nurses were great and very kind to me and my wife who came with me. I had first-class treatment from the first-class staff, I would definitely recommend it if you need treatment for anything. The cost was a fraction of the cost to have it done in the UK and that was including our airfare and hotel! I chose the clinic by looking at reviews and also because I have been to Poland a few times and know Wroclaw well

I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately. I found doctor Hatice Arior Habibi on line as I live in the UK. From very start she was kept very good communication over WhatsApp. Updated me from start to the end of the procedure. When I arrived first time in Turkey I felt very welcomed in the clinic and Doctor Hatici was looking after me best possible way. We conducted 3 procedures on my legs (with couple day gabs) and it’s all went smoothly. All the other ladies in the clinic are very helpful and nice as well. I came back now (6 months later) as result wasn’t 100% as expected, but without the hesitation Dr Hatice offered me a free sessions! In the end we done 2 , but even for my second session doctor made with discount. It’s not all about money, but it’s just shows how much that team and Dr Hatice genuinely care about their patience health, happiness and satisfaction ♥️ I’m coming back in spring 2024 (not for another session) but just to visit doctor and show the final results of my legs. I highly recommend this clinic, and definitely will be going back there in the future if needed 🙌 And for me it’s very important that I wasn’t treated just like client, but also made my new friend - Dr Hatice, thank you very much for everything you done 🫶

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.
