VIP treatment and service. Honestly words can not express how grateful I am to all at CatchLife & Termessos Hospital. It was a great experience and my surgery and recovery has been a success. Dr Umut Riza Gunduz is a compassionate and skilled surgeon and I can not fault the care he provided. From the initial consultation to my aftercare following surgery. Dr Umut speaks English and tries his best to explain the process and answers any questions or queries you may have with professionalism and care. The nurses at Termessos are empathetic and highly skilled. I had zero pain from cannulation, to the bloods to incision care. They are a friendly and exceptionally hard working team. The hospital is big and spacious. The private room exceeded my expectations. All this was possible thanks to CatchLife Obesity. Tunahan was my coordinator and no question went unanswered he was available on hand at the drop of a text and call for any queries I had. Tunahan is incredibly informative, helpful and courteous and he made sure everything ran smoothly from the airport transport to my discharge. Arina at CatchLife was my field coordinator she was incredibly supportive and put me at ease through my tests and surgery. She has the biggest heart and instantly makes you feel you have known her a life time. Arina made sure I had everything I needed along with her colleague Wemma. Wemma greeted me at the airport with the friendliest welcome and the driver was so helpful. I would highly recommend CatchLife for the gastric sleeve as my experience has been nothing but exceptional. The standards, service and experience surpass any treatment I have recieved in the UK. I had a nose job in Antalya a few months ago. At first, I was unsure about having something like this done abroad. However, I heard about Medhera Health through a good friend. I went to the Med Assist clinic in Istanbul for rehab. My experiences there have been thoroughly satisfactory. Starting with the safety of the patients and of course the staff through trained security experts, the doctors, nurses and carers, everything was flawless and can only be recommended. Of course, your own motivation and attitude also play a crucial role, because without will and desire, not even God himself can lead you on the right path or bring you back to independence. All the employees were very nice, always helpful and caring. My conclusion is that anyone who wants to be in control of themselves again and free from dependency of any kind is in good hands in this clinic. With respect to the entire team, you do a great job and are also very tolerant, friendly and helpful. With kind regards to the entire staff, great respect for the great work you are doing.

I had a labiaplasty to Asst Prof Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR , specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics, and really this surgery was a life changing. It's not only about esthetic reasons, a large labia, can go to some medical issues, unfortunately. Probably a lot of women are thinking to do it, reading, watching videos, but they are scared, and this is surgery, that's true. But Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR did an amazing job. Fast recovery, no pain after, really really great. And the lady Nahide Evran, the International Patient Center Manager, was really helpful, assisting me in all this journey, advising me, visiting me before and after the surgery, and following my present situation. As conclusion, I really recommend the Hospital and the service and professionalism of Dr. Burcu ÖZBAKIR.

Just back home from Prague. I had livelong astigmatism and had recently developed cataracts. I was afraid of not being able to drive so after considering a few quotes I settled for Refrakcni Centrum. I m amazed that I did because I would say it easily has to be among the top clinics for eye surgery. Dr Novak is nothing short of a magician and the care team is second to none. I wasn't anxious or nervous but I didn't expect it to be so comfortable. Absolutely pain free. The cost was less than a third of what I would have paid here in Scotland. So if you have such eye problems and are considering surgery contact this clinic. They are superb as are the results. Couldn't wish for better.

It is a year since I got my eyes Laser-treated by Dr Relan, assisted by Dr Krishna. I am grateful to them for their friendly treatment. It was a painless procedure. My eyesight has been excellent. Staff, over there are caring. I recommend anyone who wishes to improve his/her eyesight. This clinic is worth visiting.

The doctor is a very talented and kind person. I had lens surgery for him a few months ago. I no longer wear reading glasses, this surgery has made my life easier. I would like to thank Dr Emir Dogan and his team.

I came from Finland for surgery with the doctor. As the surgery would be 1/5 of the price of what I would have to pay in in my own home country. I visited the doctor and he examined me and took the time to do all the proper tests to see if I needed the surgery or not. Turns out I had been misdiagnosed and there was no need for the surgery after all!! Though I did not need surgery, I can 100% recommend the doctor since he could have very easily said oh yeah sure let's do it, and just take my money! Overall the doctor was very professional and I could see that he had a lot of expertise and accumulated knowledge and it felt I could trust him. More than that the doctor’s assistant is amazing, speaks very good English, and provided clear and informed communication along the process. Very thankful for their efforts.

Trifocal Lens Replacement (LASIK) I am not a person who normally writes reviews but I feel so strongly about the hugely positive experience from start to finish. First contact was communicating via WhatsApp with Burak. I could sense straight away how genuine he was from the first few messages and was very informative and knowledgeable. He greeted me at the clinic and again it was evident that he is an incredibly kind and helpful gentleman going above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and understood exactly what was happening. We actually ended up having quite a lot in common but he is the type of man that has amazing customer care skills and will ensure all patients are at ease. The customer care from the whole team is absolutely top class from the drivers, all the nurses, the admin staff, obviously Burak and the incredible surgeon Dr Eser Catal. Dr Eser and his team completed the surgery with amazing efficiency and extraordinary skills and I was incredibly relaxed and comfortable the whole time which was not very long. The attention to detail in the theatre was second to none. Absolutely nothing is left to chance and they are incredibly disciplined about cleanliness and procedural rules. Dr Eser is obviously and incredible surgeon but he also has an amazing, caring nature and you feel completely at ease and confident in his care. Immediately after the procedure I wore sun glasses to protect my eyes from the light which is standard. Burak then escorted me from the theatre to the pharmacy next door to organise eye drops and wrote on the boxes a simplified order to apply them 1L and 1R 2L and 2R etc. He escorted me to the waiting VIP transfer waiting and off I went back to my hotel with a pair of glasses in my right hand which were now about as useful as an ashtray on a rollercoaster and in my left hand my mobile phone which I was reading with absolute ease which is absolutely life changing. I was close to tears. Burak with military precision organised a further 2 quick follow up check up appointments and again they check everything is all good. Again, firstly I cannot overemphasise the level of customer care and professionalism I personally received from the whole team. Secondly, the price of this procedure at Orbit is fantastic compared to the UK. It was actually the best priced in Antalya also as I compared various clinics. I organised this around a 2 week family holiday along with some dental work with ease. Thirdly and most importantly, as a 47 year old. man that has worn glasses since I was 16 years old, this has been a life changing experience and I am sitting here reading and wring this review with 20/20 vision.
