He patiently answered all my questions and there was no pressure. After thinking about it for a few days and checking out every review I could find I made the appointment for a week after my initial consultation. I was understandably nervous about this quite major work (4 teeth removed and 5 implants in 3 corners of my mouth) but the whole team put my mind at ease. I had hypnosis the day before and listened to a talking book to drown out the noise during the procedure and while it wasn't a fun day out it was worth it. I was expecting pain after the anaesthesia wore off but I have had no pain whatsoever. I returned a few days after my treatment and didn't even feel the stitches being removed as it was done so skilfully, and they are happy with how I'm healing so I can return home with no worries. I would have no hesitation in recommending Smart Dental and Dr Felix to anyone. I'm so pleased.
