Going to Dr Rakus’ clinic is always a total pleasure. They were brilliant during Covid, practising the most meticulously careful hygiene measures, and I never once worried about exposing myself to risk by visiting the clinic. Now that life is getting back to being busy and normal, the clinic is even more of a sanctuary than ever. I had two sessions of Ultracel earlier this year, and with every passing week, my skin has looked better and better.

I have been to the TOA clinic three times now. Twice for lip filler and most recently, tear trough filler. I cannot recommend it enough. I have been to various places over the years so I feel like I have enough to compare with. Sofia’s consultations are proper and precise. The work will not commence until it is understood exactly what you desire. She also makes great suggestions. The procedures are always painless. I don’t know how she does it, whether it’s a technique or the needle itself or perhaps both. What I’m most pleased about is how long the results last. Dr Shobhna Singh was my trusted Doctor for 30years until l shifted out of the area completely. Before l left l had a full skin diagnosis and full face laser treatment & follow up creams etc that need to be used strictly afterwards. 2x lip fillers twice. And Fillers in the areas needed. This is a year down the line as life got in the way but I have to say my experience with the clinic was amazing. I had a thread lift, eyelid surgery and lipo to my stomach,sides and back as well as my double chin. From my initial enquiry right through to my visit I couldn’t fault them in any way. Artur was my guardian angel the whole way through. They were very careful to manage my expectations too. The clinic was spotless and the staff were lovely. Don’t worry about the language barrier either. I stayed overnight in the clinic with a nurse due to the amount of work I’d had done and was really well looked after. The eyelid and lipo was sore for a week or so after but manageable. I found the thread lift the most painful during recovery but was delighted with the results of that and my eyelids. The lipo was good and I’d have liked more taken away but to be honest, if it had been possible to do so safely they would have. My eyelid stitches were removed by the nurse at my gp surgery. I had no stitches with the lipo. I was given clear instructions for my aftercare at home too. All in all I would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. A year down the line I’m still thrilled with my eyes and thread lift. It was subtle but effective which is what I wanted. I’ve put back on some of the weight I lost from the lipo but I expected this as for health reasons I can’t exercise and take a lot of medication. I’m still far better than I was before I had it tho. All in all a very very positive experience and I highly recommend them

Received NAD+ Therapy and wrinkles injection. The doctor was very friendly, and professional and gave good skin advice. She advised how I should initiate wrinkles injection before I have permanent wrinkles, that prevention is the best way to treat. It was the first time I heard about this. Now, two weeks passed and my skin is better than ever! Best clinic in the city. Highly recommended!
