Initial enquiries were made to Weronika who effectively and gently guided me through the whole process she was supportive professional patient and gave me great confidence in choosing Allmedica Weronika then introduced me to my English-speaking host the wonderful Oscar who was an absolute comfort, incredibly helpful and diligent. Oscar was superb at his job and always made you feel like you were in safe capable hands I was then introduced to my surgeon. Who instantly made me feel I was in very safe hands. A very skilled and capable man who performed my surgery. I am forever grateful to him, I think his name was Cichostepski Dariuz ( please correct me if this is wrong) Finally, after my operation, I was monitored all through the night by a lovely kind nurse who checked on me and was only a buzz away, she was so efficient and kind I’m sorry I did not catch your name but thank you! I had the gastric sleeve in July 2021. From the first enquiry to the actual surgery I can’t fault anything. Communication was excellent Paule. She helped book accommodations, taxis were sorted with no issues and a fantastic driver. The hospital was amazing the care I received was top quality I never felt worried and there isn't any language barrier. All the tests prior to surgery were very thorough. The surgeon was outstanding too he explained everything from start to finish and his bedside manner was incredible. I truly thank the stars I found Newman clinic as they are top class for everything. I’m over a year post-op nearly 11 stone lost and looking to book plastics and a million percent heading back to Newman clinic for the next stage of my journey.

I was booked in with Andrea to have my balloon inserted. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make my appointment as my husband had to have emergency surgery and couldn’t fly from NZ to Malaysia. This aside I have found Andrea and her team absolutely wonderful to deal with. I felt completely supported as I prepared for my journey. Andrea is incredibly accommodating and so helpful and I would recommend her to deal with if you're considering any type of procedure.

Excellent service from initial consultation in London to booking surgery in Belgium to post-surgery follow up. Brilliant surgeon, surgery, hospital (gastric sleeve) with zero issues afterwards. Now 6 months later and I can positively say it has definitely been one do the best things I’ve ever done for my future health.

June 2023. I am so happy I decided to have a full tummy tuck and my eyelids done. Three months on I am starting to see real results. Many people have commented on how healthy I look, fresh-faced, younger, which is a real compliment at the age of 62. Jackie will answer all of your questions and is a huge support throughout the process. She will hold your hand if needs be. The doctor is very professional and will tell you exactly what needs doing or not. He knows what he is doing and it shows. This clinic came highly recommended by a friend and I have since recommended it to others. I cannot praise their professionalism and care (before and especially afterwards) highly enough. If you are looking for an excellent cosmetic surgeon you have just found them.

Haven't seen Bugra for a while as circumstances changed & haven't been to Northern Cypres for a while had my eyes done by Dr Bugra around 6 years ago. I am thinking about having a mini face-lift next year & he's the only one I trust, he's genuine. If he thinks you don't need a procedure he will tell you, can't praise him enough, perfectionist without extortionate prices.

In April I went to Belgium to have my eyelid surgery done. A friend and I were doing some research on clinics and Belgium’s response rate, photos on the website, cost and general services, made it our best option. It was really good value for money. I’m so pleased with the results and would do it all over again if given the chance. The follow-up was done at their London-based surgery and I had the stitches removed there too. Downtime was only three days.
