Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I suffered an anterior cruciate ligament rupture and meniscus tear as a result of an injury while playing volleyball. I chose Dr. Mesut upon my friend's suggestion. After the MRI result and physical examination, Dr. Mesut made the diagnosis. I had closed surgery a week after the injury. I chose spinal anaesthesia because it stated that the postoperative period would be more comfortable, and my surgery lasted 2 hours. During the pre-and post-operative period, Mr Mesut made me feel safe with the information he gave and reduced my pain with the medications he gave me. He received information about my situation through our daily phone calls and made the necessary suggestions. My range of motion and muscle strength progressed as they should, appropriate for the ACL weeks. He continued his check-ups during the physiotherapy I received 2-3 days a week. Thanks to his open communication and smiling face, I always felt at ease. Now I'm in the 6th week and my walking is back to normal and my range of motion is full.
I went to Poland (Katowice) to have hip surgery at the Sanvimed Clinic. Their policy is to keep you in the clinic for two weeks, with total care post-operatively. You are met at the airport by taxi and returned there by taxi. Nurses look after you and administer painkillers etc. Most of the staff speak English adequately and where not, a translator is available. Excellent. All this cost me £7,500.
I was really nervous about going for surgery abroad but l was quickly put at ease, after landing in Poland l was greeted by Oskar who was absolutely marvelous. The doctors and nurses were also really brilliant very professional and everything in the hospital was spotless. All were handled very efficiently. I met with Dr Jacek Laskowski, who ordered an immediate X-ray, after which hip replacement surgery was determined necessary. We then discussed the proper prosthesis and scheduled the surgery and all of the accompanying tests. The only problem was that on the paperwork my birth year was entered incorrectly. We caught the problem later, after returning home and promptly notified the Center.

My mother needed a knee replacement and based on the opinions of a few family friends and relatives we were very worried and we're not sure whether to proceed with the surgery or not. I've had a pacemaker installed on a hospital in South America, when I needed a check-up, I chose Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul. It was a very good choice for me. The process was very efficient and I was in the hands of very competent people. That the have a person to take care of foreign patients, is a brilliant idea. And Mr. Alisher Durdyyev was excellent. I was happy about everything I encountered here, and I'll be back in December.
