Dr. Donna and her team provide first class care and are friendly and welcoming to all patients. The clinic is popular with foreigners as everyone there speaks English.

I am a highly satisfied customer from Equinox clinic Belmont. The owner, Fatemeh and her crew are very professional and know their job well. I would definitely recommend for skin treatments. I normally have my IPL and microdermabrasion done by Sara, who is such a sweetheart, very friendly, attentive to my needs and always ready to go beyond my expectations. She is very knowledgeable and always advise what best suits you. I am a very sensitive type of person and make things a bit difficult at times but Sara is always patient and has a beautiful smile to comfort you. She is top-notch and excellent in customer service. Overall a positive experience, I booked in to have a bump on my arm checked and 6 moles removed by CO2 laser. The clinic was easy to find and the receptionist spoke perfect English, I was seen on time and given my own room where my moles and bumps were examined by an assistant before the doctor saw me. You could see the doctor was very busy/rushed and spent only a few minutes with me where we recommended the CO2 laser rather than surgery for the moles and gave his reasons why. The procedure was fine, the numbing cream worked and only a small amount of discomfort was felt, I felt no pain which was good. To me, it felt like a blunt pencil being pushed on your mole for a few seconds. Post procedure I was given care instructions clearly and dressing and saline solution when one mole started to bleed. The two downsides were that I felt as though the doctor was very rushed due to time constraints on the clinic's end. Although the room I was in had some unattended equipment nearby, it wasn't related to my procedure. However, it sparked a moment of reflection on the clinic's overall hygiene standards. I would recommend this clinic to a friend and would go back for another procedure. One week after the mole removal and they have healed fantastic, I can hardly even tell I have had anything done; in a few more weeks the colour will change back to my normal skin colour and nobody will ever be able to tell.

I needed a lesion on my forearm removed. Having located Thornhill Clinic in a brief online search, I submitted an enquiry form, which elicited a speedy response. The receptionist was exceptionally warm, friendly, and courteous. On the day of the appointment, my first in-person contact with the staff, I was immediately put at ease. The doctor was warm, friendly, and informal in his manner, which was both reassuring and confidence-inspiring. He patiently talked me through the options available, and performed the surgical procedure with the utmost precision and professionalism—to my untrained eye, anyway! I don't suffer from the so-called 'white coat' syndrome. But, if I did, the nurse would have dispelled it with her friendly banter! I highly recommend Thornhill Clinic. They ticked all the boxes for me.

I recently traveled to Budapest for upper eye surgery I can’t stress enough how happy I am with the results. I am from Scotland and found the surgeon was so friendly and put me at ease. They had a translator at hand, him and his wife both were lovely and talked me through the surgery. The surgeon is really good and I would recommend that people should travel for surgery as it’s not as frightening as you may think plus you get a holiday. Also I am totally happy and look younger and feel amazing so go for it if you want to feel and look younger.

My treatment was hands down the best treatment ever received at a doctor's office. The procedure was done totally pain-free. I loved this experience. Lovely office and staff. The doctor was wonderful and very accommodating. Everything was explained to ensure all options were explored and all risks understood.

Had some work on my birthmark, faded a lot, Arora is a lovely person who I now consider a friend. I can’t recommend her highly enough! 10/10.
