It was a perfect experience for me. This clinic is new and every equipment was new and modern. I was so satisfied about my treatment in this clinic, because doctors and employers were so professional and they had very kind behaviour towards customers.

I got my teeth done here and it was great!! The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I have just had some crowns & implants fitted by Dr Cem! I travelled from London for treatment! It was all very easy to organise the work was done with no issues & I have great results! the cost was half of what it would have been in the UK! Very pleased with cataract surgery in Izmir. Everything went as the plan suggested. Met at airport, from there on in contact with me until final assessment. Picked up dropped off and escorted through all clinic visits. Clinic so clean, very thorough, and everything explained to me. So supportive. Very pleased with outcome. The hotel was fabulous. DentaPoint International is a very modern dental clinic with a very professional staff. I felt taken care off from beginning to end, and always had the feeling I was in good hands. My coordinator got in touch with me well in advance of my travel, met me at the hotel to pick me up for my procedure and was very helpful and communicative throughout the week. I was scheduled to have 20 crowns done, so naturally, I was very nervous about the procedure, but the fantastic staff at DentaPoint made me feel at ease. The procedures were explained to me in detail, and my comfort was a top priority for the entire staff I dealt with. I am very happy with the results of my dental procedure. Of course, only time will tell how sturdy my new teeth are, but they feel and look great.

Came with my mum as she did her face and neck surgery with Dr Gorkematsal. My mum had her upper eye done in the UK by a top surgeon and he was a prof and it was a terrible job, so she decided to come to Turkey and I have to say the service with this doctor I would rate it 10 stars as 5 star is not enough, He had two FaceTime video calls with my mum in the UK, and he had seen my mum months before having her surgery done, and today it’s her 6th day since surgery we went to see him and he took her bandages off and omg the results are super amazing that she looks younger than me. Now it’s making me want to have it done. He’s been so kind and helpful he has been seeing my mum every day since she has been here and the results are just incredible that’s I can’t believe it. His support is available 24 hours a his assistant Enus is been so helpful and replies straight away no matter what time it is he’s always there to help, and always has a smile on his face, my mum says it’s like he has magic in his hands no matter how much we compliment him it’s not enough. You have to meet him to know what we mean. Best surgeon ever and so glad that we found Dr. Gorkematsal. Excellent doctor very kind and caring and does his work with a lot of passion all his staff and even the driver are amazing.

I went to Ihlamur Dent for all on 4. After being picked up from our hotel by a wonderful dental nurse, she took us a short distance to the clinic. I was very impressed with what I saw. All high tec and spotlessly clean. Everyone made me instantly feel at ease. I had a 2D scan and was told I had lost a lot of bone in my upper jaw. I was then taken for a 3D scan. After the doctors examined the scan in depth with me, they then told me I could still go ahead with the implants but would need 6 in the top jaw to hold the permanent teeth, This made me happy. I am a very nervous patient but I can honestly say after having the local Anaesthetic I did not feel any pain from the procedure. Yes there was some discomfort that evening, but with the painkillers, antibiotics and small ice packs, it did not last long. I have been given temporary dentures for now and have to go back at the end of January for my permanent teeth. I am so glad I chose this clinic and would definitely recommend it, they were kind, considerate, understanding and very professional.

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. I had my VSG surgery September 6, 2023 by Medhera Health Clinic at Turkey. It has been the BEST decision I've made for myself. I feel GRRRRREAT!!!!!!! I've been working out at home, the park, and Planet Fitness... at this point I think it's time I step my game up a notch and start focusing more on toning in addition to the cardio. Bespoke is absolutely incredible! As a person who suffers with anxiety from going to the dentist due to having negative experiences in the past. I have felt completely comfortable with each visit and will most definitely continue to! I first visited in an emergency appointment due to tooth pain, was seen that evening and left completely pain-free! Dr Arzu has completed my root canal treatment and is in the process of placing a crown. She is so kind and welcoming, taking me through each step of treatment, and ensuring I feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. I cannot thank her and the practice enough. They are amazing!
