The dentists at Ock Street Clinic have been looking after my teeth for many years now. I am always pleased with the care, friendliness and efficiency of the treatment I receive.

I had intensive treatment performed by Adam after damage done to my upper teeth and gums/bone by a previous dentist. A sinus lift, bone graft, implants and crowns. All done without a sedative - only the usual injections in the mouth. (You can choose to have a sedative of course). I felt absolutely no pain during the many procedures over several months. After each operation I did exactly what Adam advised in regards to pain management. Again, I was pain free 24/7. All treatments were successful with no infection present. I am thrilled to bits with the results - I never have to think about them in anyway. I use a waterpic water flosser and clean my teeth twice a day. It's nearly 3 years later, I have my regular check ups and clean; no treatments/fillings required since! Superb attention to detail from Adam and great assistance from his team. I had to finally get my teeth sorted. Due to a history of bad dentists and me not feeling happy with the overall appearance of my teeth. I went to Pallant Orthodontics for a consultation, as well as a couple of others and chose Pallant for my treatment. I chose them because they made me feel very comfortable and confident in their ability to deliver what I wanted. Also, they fully understood any concerns I had and appreciated all the questions I asked. Nothing was too much trouble. I feel the level of service I received fully justified the cost and it was in line with other orthodontic practices. The staff are friendly and helpful. No question is too silly, they take the time to explain the process and discuss any concerns you may have. The facilities are in Chichester are extremely well maintained and welcoming, as are the reception staff. The care throughout my treatment has been first rate. Alastair, (the founder of the practice), has a fantastic patient rapport, which makes you feel at ease and never under pressure. Each question and decision made through my treatment was discussed. I felt very much included and empowered with the process. Nicky the treatment coordinator, who we met first, was extremely helpful, understanding and took time to explain all the processes involved with the treatment plan. We felt she was open and honest regarding all aspects of the procedure. We did not feel pressured into saying yes, or making a decision there and then. We were able to go away to reflect and discuss in private all areas of the treatment plan, as this is such a big commitment, financially and emotionally. The practice is very modern, clean, contemporary. It's extremely professional and so are all the staff.

This is easily the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. The practice is pleasantly located across from Queen’s Park and offers a welcoming atmosphere. My initial 6 month treatment has been a joy and pain-free and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Looking forward to the next phase of my overall plan and can’t wait to see the final results.

Cleaning & exam - I found both the dentist & hygienist to be very open & honest. No upsells & they were actually positive. It was a nice visit, the dentist is very gentle with great bedside manners & it was nice to get some encouragement for once.
