My son Matthew was extremely nervous of dentists. He needed an extraction and a filling done. He couldn’t even tolerate a routine clean and polish job being done . Previous attempts to have work done by other dentists failed. We booked a consultation with Conor, he listened to Matthew and reassured him it's okay to be nervous and that he could help him. He recommended IV sedation for Matthew, which I can only say worked so well on the day. All the work was done at one visit, Connor and Lorna were brilliant with Matthew, I can only highly recommend Conor and the team for nervous patients, 10 out of 10. I received excellent dental and gum care recently (2nd March 2023) when I attended the Gate Clinic, Galway, for Oral Hygiene (Prophylaxis) assessment and treatment. Very efficient Customer Care was provided by Claire, at Reception, who processed my appointment, informed me of any pre-visit necessities, welcomed me at Reception and confirmed my dental booking. This ensured a relaxed atmosphere existed prior to my procedure which was very welcome. The Dental Hygienist, Blaithin, and Dental Nurse, Patricia, were both very helpful and informative regarding the Oral Hygiene assessment and why it is vital to keep the teeth and gums clean and well maintained. The Oral Hygiene procedure was carried out in a very careful, pain-free, thorough and efficient manner where each stage was discussed and a mirror held to show me the gums being worked on. Essential details of how I could more effectively carry out the required daily oral hugiene completed the visit. Very happy to report a satisfying dental appointment where Customer Satisfaction was considered at all times. Excellent time and attention was given by all those I dealt with at the Gate Clinic, from Claire at Reception to the Oral Hygienist, Blaithin, and Dental Nurse, Patricia. I began my appointments with Nick over 2 years ago. It was several years since I had been to any dentist and I just did not know where to start. From the moment I met Nick and the team I felt at ease and confident that I was in the best of care. Nick is a complete expert and visionary in his field, not to mention a perfectionist. I trusted him fully with every step of the process and committed myself to this wonderful clinic. I received numerous extensive treatments including crown, implant, extractions and orthodontic treatment. It was the best decision I ever made and I am over the moon with my lovely new smile and healthy teeth. An absolute credit to the dental profession and an asset to any patient who is in a position to choose this clinic.

I hate going to the dentist because I have dental phobia. I went to 03 Letterkenny Dental fearful but they understood l received conscious sedation and remember nothing at all about the treatment. Damian and Leona are fantastic. They are caring, and professional. I cannot say enough about the great job they did on my teeth. I am so happy to have found my future dentist and to not have to be fearful anymore.
