I have always had hooded eyelids. About a year ago the hooding became so bad that I knew I had to get my eyes done. It was affecting my vision. They took the time to answer my questions. They sent multiple reminders for appts and were flexible in scheduling. Dr. Elif is a kind, caring doctor. That wasn’t something I required in my surgeon but it amazingly made the whole experience enjoyable. Even the surgery was enjoyable. She played a great musical soundtrack which was relaxing and she explained what she was doing throughout the process. I found that very comforting. Her follow-up after surgery was very thorough and my eyes healed beautifully. I highly recommend going to see her before you make your decision. She is the best at what she does and it shows. Had some excess scrotal skin removed and Dr Tuncay was always there alongside the main contact from the get-go which is much more reassuring than only speaking to your surgeon on the day of surgery (which he obviously also did and he was very thorough and took his time). I liked that although he saw the potential for other things that could be done, most were against his recommendation even though he could've tried to have pocketed some extra cash from it, good honesty. He also took care of the extra hotel night stay because I couldn't get a flight that left on the same day as the surgery. His diagnosis of the problem area was brilliant which meant I figured out a lifetime's worth of problems I'd had in that area. The translator lady from the hospital was also very helpful. I shouldn't need his services again hopefully but I'd recommend them to any others that did. I also had a GLO P.shot included.
