Hallo ich 42 Jahre alt war vor 6 Monaten bei Dr. Cem Arslan zu einer Magenverkleinerung Operation in Istanbul. Ich wurde mit 122 kg operiert habe zwischenzeitlich 44 Kilo abgenommen und nehme weiterhin noch ab. Ich kann Dr. Cem Arslan nur weiter empfehlen sowohl er aber auch seine Assistenten Zeynep nehmen sich für die Patienten viel Zeit. Great experience, had my operation 1st October 2023 I'm now 4 months post op and 4 stone down! Went from a size 16-18 to a size 10-12! I still have a stone till my goal but that will hopefully be done in the next month or so. The experience at Apera was amazing from the start! The aftercare has also been amazing! Luckily I've had no issues at all with anything! I wish I had done it years ago! I now have friends that have booked to go to apera in the coming months for themselves!

I had my surgery with Aktif at vital hospital with Dr Ibrahim Agackiran on the 4th of July 2023. Dr Ibrahim is great, seems to know what he’s doing and is very professional. The surgery went well, and I’m currently down 7 kg in 1 week!! Here are some pros and cons of the surgery and some things to think about if you want to have the surgery. Pros: +The surgeons/doctors at the facility are very professional and good at their job. +The guide/translator Luca was great, super nice and helpful. +I feel great after the surgery but it's a huge adjustment. +They’ve been very helpful at answering all my questions now afterwards and they are quick to reply to you. Cons: - Most of the nurses at the facility don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them but they are very friendly and try their best to help you. -I wasn't given proper info/instructions about my medications (especially the blood thinner syringes I had to give myself). I had to kinda figure it out on my own. I wish they would have shown me how to do it while I was at the hospital. -I wasn’t told how to properly care for the wounds/incisions after the surgery so two of them are infected now. I tried to care for them to the best of my ability and they will hopefully clear out in a couple of days with the antibiotics. -Doctors in Sweden don’t want to help me as much now because I’ve had surgery abroad.

All of the surgeries I've done with Dr Basaran have had fantastic results. I believe his work is significantly superior than that of any UK surgeon, and the cost is less than half that of a UK surgeon. You'll also get to explore Istanbul, which is a stunning city. Dr Basaran' assistant, my point of contact, is fantastic, and she ensures that surgical operations run well. She is friendly and helpful, and she consistently provides outstanding service. The surgery is performed in a very clean hospital with an excellent nursing staff. I also had amazing nurses during my hotel stay (Denise, you are wonderful; I like how you are always happy). I have recommended the clinic to my friend one of whom has also had surgery that she is very happy with. I would suggest this clinic over any other in the UK since they are trustworthy, provide fantastic service, and are half the cost of plastic surgery in the UK. I am really pleased with my results and will continue to fly to Istanbul for regular wrinkle treatment injections because I trust my life with Dr Basaran and his team. They are very caring and attentive all the time.

PS Enes sorry I was a bit grumpy. They took me back to my hotel on Thursday with medication,nurse came to my hotel on Friday to check and clean my wound. Saturday home day I was picked up from the hotel and took to the hospital to see Dr Bahadir Celik he checked that all was in order and I was ok to fly. They then took Me and my friend to the airport. Absolutely amazing experience I wouldn't hesitate to return for more surgery. To this day every single day Enes has contacted me to see if I'm ok. I had a minor issue which is normal with the surgery I had, I sent Enes a photo and it was sent straight to my surgeon and within minutes I was told what to do. I'm from the UK and live in Malta, I decided to use AYT clinic for a tummy tuck, Vaser liposuction & gynecomastia after losing over 50kg I had a lot of excess skin. I was operated by Dr. Karadeniz on 13/12/2021. I had a gastric sleeve since then I've lost half my weight. (Starting weight 121kg now 59kg). I received a very friendly welcome and was treated very well. My translator was Sezen, she is such a great and loving person and explained everything to me very well. I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.
