Equally as impressive the second time around. This time I went back for a partial beard transplant, arrived and was greeted warmly along with two techs and Dr. Ahmad Moussa, having used Dr. Moussa before I wanted him to perform my second surgery. He's very open, willing to work with you at every turn, and won't make anything happen until you as the patient are happy with it. I find he really goes above and beyond and can you ask for anything more? Two techs were wonderful, caring, and looked after me well. Jake was the guy from the start to the finish line. Set up, reminders, payment, aftercare, simply fantastic what he does within the company. Highly recommend the whole process, company, and premises. Hope they make many more people happy. From my first consultation to the final 12 month in-person follow up, I have been treated with a great amount of professionalism and warmth from this highly knowledgeable team. Every step of my implant procedure was explained to me in a clear and concise manner, with any questions answered and any concerns I had removed. On the day of my procedure I was made to feel very relaxed before, during and after. So relaxed in fact, that at one point I fell asleep!
