Went for facial mole removal with very good overall experience.Contacting the clinic was easy and they reply fairly fast, they also give you all the information you need for the operation.Coming into the clinic, both the doctor and receptionist were approachable and accomodating. Very experienced doctor, you could tell from how he explains things so there is no need to worry. The whole procedure was fast and easy. The wound was nearly fully healed within a week and got the stitches removed on the 7th day after the procedure. There may be scar, but it was explained before the operation. In my case, the scar was very small and hardly noticable at all, unless you really look for it. Highly recommended.

I just went in for a mole removal after seeing reviews and recommendations here. I had a mole right on the eyeline area and I knew it would be a difficult area to deal with. Dr Stephen had already dealt with similar cases before and shared some of his work, which made me feel at ease and safe. The process took maybe around 30 min in total and wasn’t really painful at all. I really appreciated his and his staff’s professionalism and perfectionism during the procedure. I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

Overall value, I think it's worth it. Dr. Buphindar really focuses on patient's comfort yet in the same time focuses on providing the right treatments. She is very open minded and easy to talk to. She even sometimes let me consult via e-mail because she wants patients to get better. To me Dr. Buphindar is more than just a health provider, she's added value to her profession. Her staff Aida is also very friendly and serves in a timely manner. I would 10/10 recommend her clinic.
