Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I can highly recommend this clinic. Had a local anaesthetic and there was no pain at all, as the doctor added a 'buffer' to the injection. Shame the NHS can't do this. The staff are very friendly and the doctor was brilliant. Will definitely use it again if needed.

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

Naturally, I was very concerned about having surgery abroad but the moment I had a consultation with Dr Bazeos my fears were allayed, I knew I had found my doctor. I had a labiaplasty surgery performed back in Feb of this year. This is something I’ve always wanted to be done and was so pleased to find a surgery that offered this at such a decent price! The process was pretty straight forward I was in and out within 2.5 hours. I will say after the medication begins to wear off you will feel extremely sore, So make sure you take enough pain killers and numbing cream for down below. Results are amazing I can’t complain at all. I had no complications from the surgery, I did bleed for a little while after which is normal so don’t be alarmed! But it’s been 3 months now and I healed beautifully, so happy!

I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

Dr. Torun for a mole removal, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The quick appointment availability was a relief, and Dr. Torun's service was top-notch. They performed the mole removal and sent it away for a biopsy with utmost professionalism. Had a full platinum assessment at a fraction of the price of one in the UK - I couldn’t afford to go private in the UK. Excellent communication from the start from Eyüpcan. I was collected by him personally by taxi from my hotel after fasting the night before. Had a whole range of tests - MRI, CT scan, ultrasound to name a few and my bloods were taken for other tests. Some of the results were immediately available and the rest came in a day later. Some of my results were a little worrying, but they were translated into English by the doctor on request, and all imaging was made available via email so I could contact my GP and get follow-up tests. Eyüpcan answered lots of questions after I’d left. Highly recommended.

I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. So I felt quickly in confident in this clinic. I recommend it. It is very professionnal.
