I had my treatment done with Dr Raquel today and from the consultation, to the treatment results and the aftercare provided - Amazing and I could not fault a thing! I’ve been with Dr Uka since 2012. My journey has been complicated by middle age rosacea however between us we’ve worked through all of that along with anti-ageing support of tiny fillers around the mouth and chin to eliminate the chin bobbling that comes with middle age with support of small fillers around the mouth every 3 months or so I look and feel about 40 even though I’m 62!

One weekend, on the spur of the moment, I decided I WOULD do something about the rather unsightly skin tag on my neck.... I emailed an enquiry, got a response on the next business day and a consultation the day after that. Dr Jain looked at the skin tag and offered to remove it there and then. I have to say I've spent longer queuing in the Post Office to buy stamps! Very happy with the results.

My surgeon, Bilal, phenomenal, he explained everything in terms I can understand before and during the surgery as it was about to happen. The nurse, Kate, delightful and helpful. Talked me through my x-ray weeks earlier, and booked the extraction for a date and time that best suited me and it was great to see a familiar face for the she too. Both were so joyful in the work.
Came across this clinic by chance on Facebook and I’m so glad I did! We spoke over the phone first and were really impressed with the questions etc asked. When I attended the clinic it was lovely and clean and the owners were super friendly. I felt completely at ease and felt I could ask questions etc. I had a facial done and was given some home skincare too. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any products or booking any extra services. My face feels and looks a lot better and I feel more confident in myself.
