I saw dentist Priyesh Surti initially for a check up at an earlier appointment and later for treatment. I was very nervous but with his very personable manner reassured me and gave me confidence. Priyesh was happy to answer questions which I presented and gave full explanations of the procedure and performed the treatment to an excellent standard. A very positive experience. Would recommend attending Carnegie dental practice. The surgery environment is clean, light and spacious. Welcomed into the practice by a very pleasant receptionist with a very pleasant and approachable demeanour ( had retired but returned on that occasion).

I had to have a tooth removed as it cracked through the middle down through to the root and kept getting infected. I had an implant done by Dr. Robert Montgomery and was restored by Dr. Stephen Woolley. I must tell people that they were such a supportive team of people. The process was pain-free I had no real discomfort just a slight ache afterwards. They are excellent! Very good at making me feel at ease and explaining everything in layman’s terms. The result is worth the wait. My new tooth is great, I can eat normally. It’s definitely worth a consultation.
I had avoided the dentist for years. The noise, the smells, was scared of injections. I explained my fears to Katerina, the dentist. She was so gentle and made the injections painless and the treatment I needed possible. 3 fillings and a new crown later, my smile has been renewed along with my confidence. The warm welcome and comprehensive treatments on offer are first class! All the staff are extremely pleasant and put you at ease! Hard to believe but I actually enjoy a visit to the dentist! Lovely people and very reassuring!
I have to say this dentist is one of the best dentists I have ever visited and I’m so scared of going to the dentist, but every time I visit I feel at ease. I suffer from anxiety (but honestly the dentist Dr Aileen Shum) is so lovely and genuine. She listens to you and is so kind and reassuring and would do anything to help you relax.
I just want to share my utter appreciation for this dentist. I can't rate it high enough for the complete compassion and understanding they have. Always happy to help with any anxiety or queries we may have, we feel actually cared about and for this, they deserve a medal, thank you mainly to Seb who goes above and beyond all the time.
