I was in contact with a lady called Selena from the beginning. Selena spoke very good English and her communication skills was top-class. Any questions I had she had a quick response and replied straight away, it made me feel at ease because it was a big step for me to go to another Country to have work done. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold from the reception to the people you walk by, I was also greeted by my name. The dentist assistant and the dentist were brilliant they made me feel very comfortable. The dentist had a great sense of humour he was very funny it was a big help because I was nervous at the beginning. Hygiene is to a high standard, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I’ve just returned to the uk after having 12 crowns top and 10 crowns bottom. The treatment was absolutely first class. Extremely professional from start to finish. It was an absolute delight to have Dr Canan Sonmez work on my teeth. She made the process so simple, answered all my questions and took on board my ideas on how I wanted my teeth to look. I came to Uncali Clinic for a full set of zirconia crowns due to my orıgınal teeth being very dıscoloured and crooked. I was a bit apprehensive of getting this work done at the start as it is a serious process with all of your original teeth having to be shaved down to points to allow the crowns to be fitted. I am so happy with the finished product it has completely changed my appearance and gave me the confidence boost I needed. If you suffer from the same problems that I did then don't waste any more time being unhappy or conscious about your smile.
