I visited Alan Clinic due to a concern that I had with an existing temporary crown and what appeared to be an abscess above it. I had to read someone similar to my issue and the first thing that was highlighted to me was "After seeing Dr. Cem Baysal I was confirmed that I do not need bone graft " and this was the very first moment that made me contact Dr. Cem. I truly recommend him to everyone, especially to nervous people. All discussion until the first session was made via WhatsApp and email, I even was recommended a clinic in Birmingham for a complete dental tomography, and this is how Dr. Cem was capable of confirming that I don't need a dental bone graft. My surgery had 2 sessions, I saw him once in April ( 6 days) and then on 16 October (9 days), on 24 October I had my perfect tooth, a little bit nervous about it as the colour wasn't matching, but with Dr Cem professionalism and advise all was fixed.
Volkan was always communicative via WhatsApp and allayed my fears as to getting an implant done. On the day of the procedure everything was explained and the implant provider (astra) was also on hand as support.
