Totally top notch. Beyond excellent and I'm extremely happy! I would recommend with no hesitation to anyone. 4 years ago I came to Dr Grelda with several issues. Patiently she listened, sat down and gave me all my options. Financially I could not undergo cosmetic reconstruction. She miraculously made my teeth look wonderful for what I could do, I was so happy. Dr Grelda worked with my USA Insurance Delta Dental, and a small payment plan. She did an absolutely fantastic job with 6 top crowns, right in front the colour is perfect, size just right, they're perfect. I'm forever grateful for her patience, skill and professional demeanour. I would not go anywhere else, she's got skills!

Top of the line Doctors, assistants, service and equipment. All English spoken. Reasonable prices. I had 3 implants ~3 years ago and never had any problems. Most of the time I am not even aware of the implants until it comes out in a conversation.

Dr Jacob is the best. He is patient and kind. His work is thorough and very professional. Going to a foreign country for dentistry may feel overwhelming, but downtown dental clinic made the process exceedingly comfortable and effortless. I drove and parked at a safe lot on the US side of the border. The border crossing is easy and very fast on foot. Dr Jacobs team was there to pick me up on time and the clinic was less than 10 minutes from there. Dr Jacobs immediately addressed my concerns and went through all my options. I had an implant and two crowns did over two appointments. I was then immediately transported back to the border and again, the crossing by foot was quick and easy. I have seen Dr Jacobs three times now and the experience has been consistent. I have planned more work with him. He and his team are simply the best. I would recommend his clinic and services to anyone seeking to have professional dental work done at a fraction of the price.

So glad I did the research before my sister and I came to Algodones. We visited several dentists that was happy to promise everything in a day or two, except one, that being Smile Center, who said we needed to let things heal before proceeding to a final result. They told my sister, she only needed to replace 2 teeth, not 22 as prescribed by the other dentists including 1 in the US. We are so happy with the decision we made and the results we received. We can only thank them for their integrity, vision and skill. Hopefully, you’ll find the same to be true. Howdy! I'm from Austin, Texas, and my friend from high school moved to the border and found this amazing place. I drive down from Austin, and it's only 4 hours for the best dentist I have ever been with, and the cheapest! If you're looking for medical tourism, this place is it! The pharmacy right next to them is great for stocking up on antibiotics too! They speak English as well, and you don't need a passport to park on the American side and walk over, and it's a short walk. I don't normally review places, but I gots to spread the word. Got myself a new tooth cavities fix and infected tooth pulled, it was painless and easy.
