Upon receiving recommendations to getting dental done in Mexico, I arrived and went to multiple clinics, and interviewed and reviewed facilities. I found Rancherito to be forthcoming with honesty and answers. They listened and put a plan together that met my timeframes and needs. I left with a smile, as big as theirs when I first walked through that door. You know you are in the right place when you can meet and speak with the owner. I now take my parents there also.

I saw Dr. Castle yesterday for the first time for a consultation. I am 65 years old and had numerous issues with many of my teeth. Dr. Castle is very observant and carefully examined every tooth. He is proactive when it comes to preventing serious dental problems. Right after the consultation, they worked me in for a cleaning and a crown prep and a filling. They have appointments readily available and work hard to fit you in. I felt that Dr Castle truly enjoys his work. He is very kind and his interpreter Aby is very helpful, knowledgeable and fluent in English and always available chairside when needed. The hygienist was amazing. They explain everything well and it seems Dr. Castle is fairly fluent in English as well. I think he is the only dentist in this office. I plan to have a bridge and an extraction with periodontal ligament removal and bone graft and another crown has done as well as a CT scan.

I had a fractured tooth pulled in October by my dentist in Dansville, NY. She told me a three-unit bridge (1 full pontic and 2 anchor crowns) would cost a little over $3000. I declined because I knew I could have it done in Los Algodones, Mexico, a 15-minute drive from Yuma, for much less. Today I had new porcelain fused to a metal permanent bridge installed on my third visit to Fine Quality Dental. The first was an initial consultation/exam and the second was the prep work. My experience with Dr Charles Zuman and his assistants was excellent from beginning to end. I researched his and other clinics in detail prior to selecting him. The bridge and procedure are as good as could be obtained in the US. Its total cost was $750. If Dr Zuman practised in my home area I would switch to him as my dentist even if he charged American prices for regular services. If any of you are facing expensive dental work there are places outside the US where you can get equal quality work for less than a third of the cost.

Great low price. Good service was provided except for the second day of treatment the English speaking assistant left, so it was hard to do the treatment. Partial is good need some minor adjustment work which took a long time to finish. There is only one dentist at this clinic so if you need more adjustments to your teeth, you must be patient. The staff helped to find the hotel.
