Single Visit Root Canal Costa Rica

I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them. They are professional and accommodating.

We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

Chipped my front tooth during a vacation in Guanacaste. I contacted Dr. Diego at 10am Wednesday morning and he had me booked in later that day at 2pm. Dr. Diego understood the urgency in my situation and made room for me in his schedule right away and I’m truly thankful. From the moment I walked into Dr.Diego’s office, I felt at ease. He walked me through exactly what was needed and gave his professional advice. He fixed my tooth painlessly and professionally. Since my experience was incredibly seamless and professional, I decided to book Dr.Diego to complete a full crown for me (which I had been delaying on in Canada). I am now revisiting Dr.Diego later this month to complete the rest of my dental work! I absolutely recommend Dr. Diego
