I chose Camtu dental clinic after a consultation with Dr Abbey. Its calm nature and precise explanation immediately put me at ease I knew I was in the right place. I needed an implant on one tooth but first he explained I needed a bone graph that would take several months before I can return and finish the implant. The whole process was done with great care and precision. I had two crowns put in last year (2022), and there were no problems with the crowns. I came back this year and had another crown put in. I like that they now use a 3D system for making the crown. It was a perfect fit without the dentist making adjustments to the crown. They had it within 24 hours. The efficiency of the 3D system not only saved me time but also ensured a precise and comfortable fit for the crown. The dental clinic's commitment to adopting advanced technology has definitely earned my trust and loyalty.

I went to this clinic to get 6 wisdom teeth removed. I was born with 8, which is extremely unusual, and very few clinics will do this, so I wanted to go to a specialist. I decided to go for the IV sedation route, which was 400,000 won extra. First of all, Dr Seo is extremely kind. I have had dental anxiety all of my life, and he made the process extremely straightforward. He was very transparent and was directly in contact. (Unusual for a Doctor, but very welcomed by me). I was on some other medication at the time, and we couldn't go ahead until I had withdrawn from the medication, so he puts safety first. On the actual day of extraction, there was a lot of paperwork. But he was extremely thorough about my options. He was also very transparent about pricing. To be honest, the conscious sedation part of the procedure didn't really work on me. But it is up front on the paperwork that it doesn't work on about 20% of people. But, still, he took his time to explain everything: pre, during and post procedure. The removal site is healing well, and he did a great job. So, I highly recommend Dr Seo!

Exceptional Experience! Got dental crowns on all of my teeth from Dr. Parampreet Kohli at Smile Couture Dental Clinic in Mumbai, India. Great value, amazing hospitality. I reached out to them from here in Sydney after one of my friends who got a treatment there recommended it to me, they were prompt in communication, and the Patient Service Manager is extremely fluent in English. He set me a couple of video consultations with Dr. Parampreet to understand and plan my treatment. She heard me fine and suggested I get some scans, after which I received the treatment plan. Once I understood then we planned the dates on which I was supposed to be in India. I got support for the tickets, visa, and hotels before I flew from here. Once I landed, I was greeted at the airport, there was a complimentary airport pickup, checked into the hotel, very near to the clinic. Got into the clinic, and the first impression was great, the place is clean, hygienic, and very soothing, I saw the pictures of the place before, and upon reaching the clinic felt even better. I was greeted by the doctor who started the treatment. I could watch Netflix while getting the treatment done. Dr. Parampreet and her team are amazing, she is an expert, and holds the highest medical degree in India. They were so gentle and took so much care of me. Explained everything again in detail before beginning the treatment. World-class sterilization protocols and equipment. I had a 2-week long stay there and in between my dental visits, I was provided with a guide (upon my request) to take me around Mumbai, Goa, Rajasthan, Agra, and New Delhi. Had an amazing amazing time. They had kept a few days as a buffer for my treatment and made sure that I was perfectly fine. Treatment got over, they accept all sorts of payment options, and I paid via my credit card. Got a complimentary airport drop and voila, in 2 weeks I experienced one of the most lively countries and top-class care. The best part was the follow-ups once I reached back to Australia, they kept on asking how I was doing which touched my heart. After receiving a quote in Australia for over $40,000AUD for dental work (implants) I researched Dentists in Hanoi and found Greenfield Dental. Communication with an overseas Dentist can be a challenge but found the staff at Greenfield very easy to deal with. Once I arrived in Hanoi and visited Greenfield the practice was clean and professional. I was allocated an interpreter for my visit as I cannot speak Vietnamese.
