I recently had a procedure to remove an unsightly sebaceous keratosis from the side of my face. I chose to have this done at the Macs clinic in Watford by Mr Valadaria because he had been recommended by a friend, who was very pleased with the outcome of a similar operation some weeks earlier. It was a very positive experience and I am very pleased with the result. I had been embarrassed by this disfigurement for a long time and now it has totally gone. Mr Valadaria was so helpful, in explaining all the stages of the procedure and the recovery period. The staff were all lovely and I felt they genuinely cared about me. Had a few skin tags removed with Cryo pen, great booking process, answered all my questions and booked in within the same week. The doctor explained everything in the consultation, and then I had the procedure, also spoke about a mole I have been concerned about, and the doctor did advise. Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I am very happy with my decision and with the result so far.
