I recently had several procedures with Dr. Atsal and his team and I could not be more pleased, both with my results and with the service and experience. From first contact, Sia, my patient coordinator was extremely responsive and thorough when answering any of my questions. He continued to be as supportive before, during and after my procedure. Dr. Atsal allowed for as much time as I wanted during my FaceTime consultation as well as in person. I felt like I had the chance to talk about exactly what my desired results were and his conversation in return was very detailed in what I could expect and in confirming he understood what I was looking for. After the procedure I was very stressed as with any procedure there can be lots of swelling and your features can appear distorted. Dr. Atsal and his team never got frustrated with me and were very reassuring, kind and patient. Dr.Atsal told me the swelling would continue to go down and to send him photos every 3 days with my progress. I didn’t end up having to do that as by the time I landed back in Canada the swelling continued to subside and I could tell how amazing of a job he had done already. I had a very difficult rhinoplasty for him to complete and I am blown away at what he was able to do. On top of that my initial Rhinoplasty had caused me breathing issues and I could not breathe at all out of one nostril. Dr. Atsal not only made My nose look amazing but I can finally breath again. I already have one of my friends who booked with him immediately after seeing my results because she was so impressed. The team has continued to check in on me since I have returned home and if I ever get anything else done, I will be going to Dr. Atsal.

I had liposuction surgery for my legs and tummy, I planned to make surgery because I have big hips and it is the easiest way to get results in a short period, and I got the result after a month and a half, I am very happy. I choose that clinic because their follow-up is great, up to the smallest details. And all that was spoken and planned was done perfectly, all team was friendly and great. And I highly recommend it to everyone who is planning to do surgery.

I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. I flew over to Turkey with health in December for a gastric bypass for acid reflux. I was met at the airport by the transfer and taken to the hotel then picked up and taken for tests they were so thorough. The next day I met my surgeon he was lovely and had my operation. The surgeon was hands-on he came to see me and asked how I was doing many times. My English-speaking coordinator was beyond perfect he couldn't have done more this company is a 5-star from me

Actually I didn't go for the treatment Dr Unal was offering but she was the first doctor to get in touch with me. Explained everything in detail and was very helpful.

This is so hard to review here because of the operation (sex reassignment surgery). I have doubts but Dr. Baris talked and relieved my concerns I am very thankful for him. Hotel Melas was an excellent hotel and over-expectations. The surgery went well hopefully and after Dr. Baris also took care of post-op care. I have now a second life thanks very much

The surgeon and the hospital team were very friendly, they were looking after me and checking on me at all times. The procedure went very well I did not have any pain post-op.
