They were very patient throughout. They kept me informed of my schedule. The experience at the clinic was the same. Welcoming, patient and caring staff. The procedure was smooth and almost painless. The only feeling of pain was when the anaesthetic was applied to the donor and recipient areas, but that only lasted a few minutes. The whole procedure took about 6 hours (blood tests, shape drawing, extraction, implantation) I am currently pleased with my results and see better results each day. Thanks for the service and care.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!

I arrived in Turkey in February to have liposuction along with my daughter who is having rhinoplasty done. We were met at the airport by Teomen who was fantastic made us feel very welcome. The next morning we were picked up by Teomen and taken to the hospital where we met our interpreter who was amazing. Everything went brilliantly test was carried out to make sure we were both fit and healthy the care we got was amazing the aftercare was even better. I cannot highly recommend this place. I am going again in March with my friend who wants to have liposuction done after seeing the amazing results I have had.

I can highly recommend this clinic to you. Everyone is trying to make sure you are doing well and that nothing is missing. Dr. Kutbettin is a surgeon and speaks German. All questions can be discussed with him, without an interpreter. That was the best for me. After the operation, I had no pain or anything else to complain about. Everything is extremely organized and some hospitals here in Germany could follow an example. All preliminary examinations were carried out conscientiously. The agreed price is totally justified. I was at the clinic with my husband and child. We had a large room and were well looked after.

From start to finish I couldn’t have been in better hands. From my first enquiry text to the on going support I still have now, I feel very well looked after. Everyone involved, the coordinators, dr, nurses, drivers and hotel staff all made me feel safe, calm and looked after. The hospital itself is very clean and I had my own private room the relax and recover in. The hotel I stayed at was also brilliant and very comfortable. This all made the recovery process much easier. All is going well now I’m home and I’m very happy with the results so far. I would definitely use this company again if I wanted any further procedures.

I could not recommend maxxclinic enough!! What an amazing experience! From the moment they reached out to me to the very end of my treatment all the staff have been amazing! Transfer pickup up and back to hotel/pharmacy and my beautiful transfer ladies Sude & Ilayda even brought me to a recommended nail salon while I heal after my treatment! I had bulbous nose and my surgery had in May 2023. Dr Bahitten is very professional I’m really satisfied with the results. The hospital was clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly & helpful. Ideal for solo travellers. The package was responsible too. Please ask for medical documents before leaving the hospital cause on Airport you can be ask for your reports. I highly recommend this Hospital.

So happy with my treatment from NewMe, even once I returned home Deniz was so helpful with any concerns I had. When I had my operation all I wanted was fresh fruit, I mentioned this when Deniz was in the room and later that day she turned up with a bag of fresh fruit for me. 5 of us went for different surgeries (our first time) and we all came back with no medical complications. I would highly recommend this hospital. I will be returning in September.

Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). No need for general anaesthetic. 10/10 for Gunes and Luna; they are a credit to Ephesus. Thoroughly recommend this clinic. You will feel safe in their hands.
