Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. She was dealt with by an "absolute gentleman" her words, who reassured her throughout and was so helpful in answering any questions and offering advice. Her face and neck are 99% healed now with a small amount of reddening on the 1 hence my delayed review.
