I recently had a mini tummy tuck performed by the amazing Dr Ozgur Hurkal and his wife. I cannot express my gratitude to both of them and I would like to thank them for the amazing work they did and how they took such great care of me before and after the procedure. Im now two weeks post-op and wonder why I didnt do it earlier. I feel so much more energetic already. I flew to Egypt on the 7th of September, my driver was running late but Nancy was available and chased the driver and kept us updated. As soon as he arrived Emad was very apologetic and took us straight to the hospital. Once at the clinic Emad checked us in and took us down to have our blood tests done. This was stress-free and then we were taken up to our rooms. This is where the only criticism of my whole experience comes and that was once at our room we were left unsure what was next. However, as soon as we contacted Nancy she was very quick to update us and give us the next steps. We were met by Dr Hany later that evening who checked in with us and discussed the procedure. Took payment and then left us to it for the night ready for the next morning. When it was my time I was collected and taken down for surgery, Dr Hany talked me through everything very clearly and I knew I was in good hands. When I woke up in my room the care staff were very comforting and checked on my regularly. The day after surgery we moved to our hotel which was the Al Masa and I have to say this was incredible! Such a nice place. The food smelt amazing and any accompanying person will enjoy some amazing food! Dr Hany was a wonderful guy, very thorough and genuine. He made me feel so comfortable and has since replied to queries I have had. Nancy was a delight, came to the hotel to check on us prior to us leaving and has checked in with me since. She even updated my family when I was out of surgery. I really couldnt fault any of the services at all.

I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately. I was booked in for a tummy tuck. I lost alot of weight over 10 years ago but since then have became abit of a body builder. When I’m all posed up I don’t look so bad, but when relaxed my loose skin is very noticeable and would have me insecure and would hate being topless on the beach etc. Initial consultation had me booked for tummy tuck - the procedure I thought I needed. However; on the day of the surgery I was given a suggestion by Dr.Salman, he believed for my situation a tummy tuck would be an overkill and to consider liposuction with contouring instead. I went ahead with this. It’s only 2 weeks later and I already see a big difference even with swelling and skin retraction still needing weeks/months before the real results show. 7 small incisions were made, the size of staples. So again even though it’ll take a lot longer to heal properly, they aren’t really that noticeable already. A refund was made immediately for the price difference in the surgeries saving me quite a lot of money. Excited to see the real results if a few months time but very pleased 2 weeks later. And glad of Dr.Salmans suggestion - showing he really cares about the patient and final results, and not just carrying on with a more expensive procedure for the sake of profit.

We were so impressed with Dr. Armenta Jasso in several ways! He's conversational, kind, and a good listener. We had a conversation through emails before I ever met him, while I was searching for a professional weight loss treatment in Nuevo Laredo. Besides corresponding in several emails, in a timely manner, he invited me to the office and wrote a needed prescription in that first appointment.
